What would it feel like to stop worrying about your puppy and just enjoy them?
Train your puppy right from the very first night, WITHOUT suffering from any of the stress puppies can bring.
I will help you to communicate with your puppy in a way they understand and teach you how to use PRO-active puppy training methods so that you can both enjoy the dog-owning life you always wished for.
Minus the hyper puppy behaviour that might be driving you mad.
So you can get on with enjoying a happy, confident puppy who becomes an easy dog to live with.
Searching for the best way to train your puppy on the internet can be confusing, (as well as exhausting) and some of the advice is actually best avoided.
But how do you know which advice to avoid?
You don't have to - because I'll do that for you.

Puppies' brains are like little sponges, always learning something.
If you aren't teaching them the right things, by default they will be learning some of the wrong things. It can be difficult for you as a new puppy owner to know exactly what you should be focusing on.
This is where I can help.
The first 12 weeks is the best time to train all the things you want your puppy to be okay with such as appropriate play, what not to chew, crate training, being left alone, jumping up, and more. So many people only get help after things have gone wrong meaning that instead of simply preventing issues, they then have to 'fix' them - which is a whole different ball game.
It generally takes longer, is more expensive, and isn't as effective as using my PRO-active puppy training methods.
Raising a puppy can be easy.
To make it as easy and stress-free as possible, it's normal to need a little help and support to get it right.

Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Lyndsay.
I live in the Isle of Man with my canine hydrotherapist husband, our children, and dogs, Patch and Soxx.
I'm a doggy foster mum, qualified Pet Psychology Practitioner, and an absoluteDOGS Pro Dog Trainer specialising in puppy training and early puppy behaviour. I am also a past first-time puppy owner who found owning my first puppy a very stressful experience, so when I say to my puppy clients that I have been there and that I understand, I really do mean it.
My other businesses include the online puppy training membership, Puppy Training Club, and the online pet shop Not From The Pet Shop.

My Training Philosophy:
I'm not a fan of labels!
Whether they be force-free, positive, balanced or another label you may have come across.
However, how I achieve the desired results matters.
I work to my own set of ethics that resonate and sit right with the person I strive to be. The person you are in everyday life shows up in who you are as a dog owner too, so it's important to know who that is.
Figuring out what kind of dog parent you want to be is the first step to achieving it.
I strive to look behind only the surface-level behaviour, ensuring the individual needs of the puppy are first being met.
From there I will help coach you through the training you need to know to help your puppy become a well-rounded, happy dog, who is a pleasure to live with.
Using clever rewards-based methods I can show you how to shape your puppy's brain into making good choices naturally, so you don't have to spend a lifetime micro-managing and instructing your dog.
While I do believe dogs need boundaries as well as understanding, I implement these boundaries without the use of spray cans, slip lead corrections, prong collars, or tightening harnesses.
I have written articles for publications such as K9 Nation, given in-person talks, and have been recorded for BBC Radio.
